That pink sauce you keep asking the hibachi chef for more of? This is it. Terry Ho's Original Yum Yum Sauce is creamy, a little sweet and a little tangy, and it makes a plate of fried rice feel like a night out.

This is the big 32 oz bottle, twice the size of the regular one. Good news if your household goes through yum yum sauce the way most do.

What to put it on

Shrimp, steak and chicken are the classics, along with fried rice and grilled zucchini and onions. After that it's fair game: burgers, BLTs, wraps, sushi bowls, salmon, fries, tacos and slaw. Whisk in a little rice vinegar and it doubles as a creamy salad dressing.

Hibachi night at home

Cook your rice a day ahead, get a skillet or griddle screaming hot, and fry it with egg, soy sauce, butter and whatever vegetables are in the fridge. Sear some shrimp or thin-sliced steak alongside. Set the bottle in the middle of the table and let everyone go for it.
