This is our warehouse, not a retail storefront, so please don't stop by expecting to shop.
Don't mail returns here. We can't accept or refund packages sent back without a return authorization from us first. If something arrived damaged or wrong, email us within 72 hours of delivery and we'll take it from there. Our [Return & Refund Policy] has the details.
What to contact us about
A problem with an order. Email customerservice@amembiana.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number in the subject line and photos attached. Damaged, wrong, or missing items all go through the same process.
Where's my order. Your shipping confirmation email has tracking. If tracking hasn't updated in more than a few days, send us your order number and we'll chase the carrier.
Canceling or changing an order. Email us within one hour of placing it. After that it's already been picked and we can't pull it back.
A product you want that we don't carry. We source from a lot of places and we're usually up for tracking something down. Send us the product name and a link if you have one.
Wholesale, bulk, or media questions. Same email. Put what you need in the subject line so it gets routed right.
