Nobody rations Chick-fil-A Sauce. You get a little cup with the nuggets and it's gone before the fries are. This is the full 16 fl oz squeeze bottle, and you get two of them.

Same sauce as the drive-thru: sweet up front, a little smoky, with honey mustard and barbecue showing up at the end. The bottle stands on its cap, so it's ready to go every time you pick it up.

What to put it on

Nuggets and waffle fries first, obviously. After that it goes on chicken sandwiches, burgers, tenders, tots, onion rings, roasted potatoes and wraps. Thin it with a splash of vinegar and it works as a slaw dressing. Some people put it on pizza. We're not here to judge.

Two bottles, and you'll want both

One bottle goes faster than you'd expect, especially if there are teenagers in the house. Keep the spare in the pantry.

Allergen information

The printed label states: Contains egg. That's the only declared allergen. Worth knowing anyway: soybean oil is the first ingredient, and there's mustard seed and mustard flour in the recipe, so anyone avoiding soy or mustard should skip it even though neither appears in the Contains line. No wheat, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, fish or shellfish in the ingredient list. Formulas change, so read the bottle you receive if you're buying for someone with a food allergy.
