A soft yeast sweet roll spiralled with cinnamon and pecan pieces. The yeast is what puts it with the honey buns rather than with the snack cakes, and the pecans make it the only nut product in the Little Debbie breakfast range apart from the peanut butter in Nutty Buddy.
Each roll is 30 g and sealed in its own wrapper. One roll is the labeled serving, so 16 rolls is 16 servings.
